The fact is that Bush trashed the entire budget with a trickle down theory which resulted in massive investment in asia and resultant hiring there, which in turn sucked any life out of our recovery. Would democrats have done that- NO. The clinton economic team had a clue. I saw Laura Tyson on cnbc after the first useless Bush trickle down giveaway, and she said clearly that the stimulus was not producing the desired result. Therefore you can assume the democratic economic team would not have wasted another couple hundred billion dollars on *MORE* tax cuts.

Now we have a 560 billion dollar deficit and the wingers are trying to defend the loser in chief. Get real, if Gore had won and he took us from a surplus to a 560 billion dollar deficit in 3 years I'd call him a loser too. Face it- Bush is an economic disaster. He's quick to fire the smart people who disagree with his limited knowledge of most everything, and that leaves our white house full of a bunch of lap dogs like Elaine Chao. Oh wait I forgot Elaine Chao has an MBA! Wow!

6 more mos of this gross incompetance and finally we can start to clean up the mess.
