Bush has said this several times. Is this the truth?

Tenet told Bush that this was incorrect months before it was said once again.

But it was said again, and then again by Cheney.

It is not true. Bush was told it was not true. Bush and Cheney continued to say this after being told by Tenet that it was not true.

It was a lie.
