I think we all hope that the poor countries get richer but as you know, in order for that wealth to sustain, the government of these economies needs to avoid the temptation of corruption. I don't know if india has a big problem with corruption. My feeling is that Mexico, which benefits from outsourcing of US heavy manufacturing, will never rise from poverty no matter how much we invest there. The problem is at the top, in latin america.
