I did not say that posting such things is out of bounds. All I said that it is half truth (which could also be construed as lie). he advocated cuts in one area of spending on intelligence but also said that we should spend more in another area of intelligence. Similar to what Rumsfeld's views are on defense spending. Rumsfeld is advocating cuts in some programs and proposing additional funding in other military programs.

The Bush attack machine is only airing Kerry's proposed cuts and not those he has proposed increase spending.
