Why do you keep engaging me then. I thought lowering payroll taxes was a bad idea because the system is in trouble as it is. I guess you think Greenspan is lying about this, and the report you sight doesn't even say what you said it did.

Democrats are foolish enough to believe that with shrinking working age group and an increasing retirement group everything will be hunky-dory. Or they are dishonest, which I suspect is the truth.
