estimates are as much as 50% of the field is gone. they pump in more water than they take out...i.e. to float the field.

i was at one his talks a few weeks ago... which it appears he is giving in quite a few places....same slide show etc.

This is a world that runs on oil, but we are doing little about it.

In this country the politicians that publicly worry about that seem to think that the best thing to do about it is to import more people via illegal and legal means. The liberals are the worst. No one seems to equate the fact that the more people we have the more oil and other fuels we use.

No one is seriously addressing the problem of energy use, water needs, wilderness preservation and population growth.

Even the Sierra Club will not come out against the high rate of immigration.
