Yes, there is, unfortunately. If he was at that meeting, and since he didn't report it, he participated in a conspiracy to commit murder, didn't report it, and subsequently lied about his participation. This could be the end of him if proven. TWT.

The other major news is that this event happened. We now know for sure that a group of anti-war activists conspired to kill US Senators in 1972. These groups have always screamed about the FBI bugging them. Turns out the only thing the FBI did that was wrong was to miss catching them.
