That's true. Kerry will absolutely use every power he has as president to punish out-sourcers and rwards those who keep jobs in this country. Unlike Bush, you can count on JK to keep his campaign promises, or at least to try damned hard to keep them. No president can guarantee we wont lose some jobs but Bush has done nothing to keep jobs in this country. His people actually admit they like out-sourcing.
