Go buy the paper like I did. It is not an intepretation.

Like many good papers they do not put every thing on the website. But is you have a measly $2.00 you will find the article on page A20. The column is called the "Perspective" column. It was written by Scott A. Hodge.

Now - when do I get my apology for being called a liar?
