Speak of the devil:

Five decades after sweeping to power, a period during which private property has been nationalized and bloody campaigns have been waged against landlords, China's parliament is set to amend the constitution to add the clause: "Private property obtained legally is inviolable."

Grace, RE: "I agree"

Like most Americans, you may agree China's IP theft issues are criminal and bad, but you don't agree loud enough.

When a country violates trade laws by systematically enabling IP theft, WTO needs to respond with a HUGE penalty, as a means to encourage China to enforce their IP laws.

As Americans, we should be loud about demanding WTO enforcing intellectual property rights in China.

Geez, Chinese citizens are more helpful than the Chinese government, when it comes to IP theft.
