Scott, I feel great, and the motivation to continue is strong. I've still got a way to go to hit tip-top shape, but am going to start running in earnest this week (which I haven't done consistently for years). The CTH challenge was a great excuse to put off what I should have done years ago. My wife, bless her heart, has never griped about my spare tire, but she's always been the reason we look good in pictures. <G> Now I can start to contribute a bit. Hope all is well with you. jpg
