A dental appointment is not duty, it's taking advantage of free dental care at taxpayer expense. So far not a single person has come forward as an eyewitness that GW ever showed up for duty. If so, they could claim about $15,000 in rewards being offered. No takers so far. The codger that did come forward wouldn't last 5 minutes on a witness stand. He got the months wrong and seemed like he was put up to it. He could not name anyone else who saw GW on duty. Chris Matthews clearly did not believe a word the guy said.
