Well, yeah, sorta. Like if all the cousins of the denizens of SF's Chinatown decided to take over Atlanta and unelect Sonny Perdue and Saxby Chambliss and install Jiang Zemin's cousin as the head of the Coalition Provisional Authority of Georgia. And call it "democracy" and liberation.

That sort of thing.
