You blame the Senate for Bushies lying about the cost of the Medicare Bill until after it was passed? That's thre same thing Bushies did with the Iraq War, kept the truth from the senate until much latter. Ditto No Child Left Behind. This is a clear pattern of deceit. In Reagan's day they lied to the congress about Iran-Contra too. Ditto in Vietnam days. So you blame the liee or the liar?

I'm certain the medicare bill will be repealed in the next 4 years. The bill isn't popular and costs too much for taxpayers and consumers. Democrats clearly think that repealing this is a "win" politically.
