if the Enron execs ever stand trial. Guess you don't read the papers. Perhaps you post too much. Heh heh. Skilling recently indicted, ditto Causey, Fastow pled guilty - sentencing later, Glisan in prison. A number of smaller fry pled guilty already - their testimony leading to the indictment of those just mentioned. And these guys will impolicate Lay IMO. Enron's CPA firm doesn't exist anymore. The only people who are going to get away with no punishment are Enron's lawyers at Vinson & Elkins - IMO.
