A problem that may arise due to the administration's lies (excuse me, I mean "mistakes," cough cough) about Iraq is a reduced willingness to take their word for it about Iran.

Given that Iran is much more dangerous than Iraq was, this could be the great failure of the Bush administration.

The Bush administration and the rest of us can get all excited about Iran, but there is little we can do. The British, Russians and just about everyone else but the USA has massive financial ties with Iran.

Too many nations who should be alarmed that the terrorist state of Iran is arming itself with nukes have become blinded by their business dealings with Iran.

Besides, with the global energy situation the way it is Iran only has to threaten to withhold oil supplies and oil prices will be over $100 in a heart beat.

Business deals and oil sales for nukes.
