Exactly. The frauds are being prosecuted today, and future ones will be too. I do not care who the President is, that is what will happen.

Another thing to consider. Most of the frauds that have been disclosed in the last few years had their origins in the 90's. We will probably not learn about most of the corporate frauds that have occurred during the first three years of Bush presidency until midway through his second term.
