tonto, I did say that the Enron case is no more complex that the Martha case, unless you want to protect some identities that are of interest to Bush. Then it becomes complex. If you do not want to protect those identities then it is simple.

So is the case with Saddam. They can try him and hang him now if they want to. Wouldn't they do that to Osama? I bet that since Osama does not have a lot of ties to US he will be executed faster than Saddam, who was propped up by the US.
