Daschle knows that bill benefited mostly the pharmaceutical industry. And as Bush went to extraorinary and devious lengths to get his war in Iraq; he did the same on getting that bill passed. How can Congress truly be a Congress acting on behalf of the people if the executive branch of government keeps feeding it false information? Bush and Cheney both should have been impeached yesterday! Eight months is a luxury this Administration does not deserve. I can only imagine what the Bush pardons will be like should he be allowed to continue.
