What it proves it Bob Graham's point, that the Iraq War commited all our resources to Iraq and took our concentration off Al Qaida alowing them to regroup. The CIA and Special Forces are both complaining about being over-taxed, over-worked and too rushed due to Iraq. Just burned out. The Iraq War also means we've skimped on homeland defenses.
