This comment about foreign leaders preferring Kerry is very believeable to anyone who has travelled *anywhere* overseas in the past 3 years, so Kerry doesn't really need to name names.

My guess is Tony Blair as well as most European leaders want Bush out, and contrary to Bush admin claimes, most US citizens would like to be on good terms with Europe vs. what we have now.

To Colin Powell: the real question is if ANY foreign leaders want Bush to win. Can he name one foreign leader who does want Bush for a second term? Maybe Mohammar Kaddafi.
