Kerry has since announced that he wants to raise taxes on those making $200,000 and use it for other programs. In a few months the guy is not able to stay on course for his original reason to raise taxes. This is an election ploy AS and you know it. “Senator Biden and I are making a common-sense proposal. Rather than borrowing an additional $87 billion, we want to scale back some of the new tax cuts for Americans making over $300,000 a year,” said Kerry in a speech delivered from the floor of the Senate.
