I've had similar issues and think it relates to internet settings on IE rather than ZA. I set mine higher than the default and occasionally run into these issues, including on the Forbes site. Because of issues I've run into using Datek streamer and because I haven't had a chance to add the Medved product that everyone raves about, I often take off ZA, during the trading day. Thus, I keep my IE security very high and sometimes have problems getting into certain websites. I have no problem on other computers with those same sites, configured with ZA, but with IE security lower and with advanced settings more liberal.

The only other thing I can think of is a hosts file problem. Do a search on your computer for a file named hosts...it has no extension... should be located in your "drivers" folder. Open it with notepad and see if you have any forbes entries in it. That could be the case if you have ever had cookie cop, mail washer, or any programs that mess with dns lookup.
