Phil > Very sophisticated communications gear considering the dragnet the Americans have around his location. Apparently in Bill Clinton's time, his cellphone signal was intercepted using a satellite technique and they sent a cruise missile to the co-ordinates. That's how smart the technology is that he has to confront --- and still he can get through without being found. >The sneaky bugger probably uses a false handle and call sign. AARL or FCC or somebody should be notified. If this kind of abuse isn't stopped, God knows where it could all lead. More laws, more enforcement officers and more arrests, what else?
