If I get a chance I will read the interview some journalist had with Bin Ladin. At one time he was an ally of the US when the Soviets controlled Afghanistan. We trained and helped him in many ways when he suited our purposes. THe same is true for Saddam. I think it's time we stopped supporting these rogue leaders and helping them gain power. They invariably turn into dictators that think the US will turn their back at anything they do. " One man's freedom fighter is another man's terrorist". has turned into: " One nation's freedom fighter turns into it's terrorist". Perhaps it's time to develop alternative energy sources and to heck with the darn oil lobbyists. Oil and other energy sources are the driving forces behind much of the world unrest.At least that is true among the most powerful world nations.
