THe Bush admin brought it up again. I believe that the pipeline was suppose to be a project of Enron. Unical was also a name that I heard in relation to it. IN fact, the current leader was once an employee of Unocal.

There were many articles about the pipeline circulating right after 9/11. The alleged meeting in Berlin took place in the July prior to 9/11.
