Steve,

Regarding Forbes.com, try this.

At the top of your IE browser click tools.
Click Internet Options.
Click the Privacy tab.
Click Edit (under Web Sites section).
Scoll down the list of Domain Names to Forbes.com.
Double click on Forbes.com to put it in the upper box.
Click the Allow button.
Click OK.

I have found that if you EVER rejected a cookie by having a security setting too high then you must follow this procedure to allow the cookie again. Lowering a security setting does not allow you to go to a site previously rejected. You must manually "allow" it.
