Immigration is the bulk growth in OECD countries. Clever Muslins don't want to live in that penury, they vote with their feet. That leaves the more stupid behind, thus concentrating the level of idiocy in the country in question.

Israel level of stupidity increased the same way as any Jew with more intelligence than a door knob, left. The country replenished with emigres from USSR and Ethiopia.
