Is this as transparent as the "discovery" of a "stolen van with seven detonators and a Koran tape"? Absolutely. To me, it's as phony as the Koran and flight plans etc which were found in a hired car at the Boston airport parking ground on 911. Or Mahomed Atta's passport which was found in the street, after the WTC had been demolished, and which, allegedly, had flown from his pocket in the aircraft which had exploded in the building. What this new round of discovered "evidence" purports to do however, besides claiming responsibility for 311, is fill in the gaps on 911. As you will remember, they did not know about OBL and Al Qaeda when the Boston "evidence" was discovered. In fact, they hadn't got their plan together yet. So now they are making sure that everyone knows that 911 was also the work of the same team because the modus operandi was so similar. One never knows, but maybe next week someone will discover a tape which explains, retrospectively, why 911 was done. Then all the dots will be connected. I think this is what many people have overlooked --- that 311 is the "get out of jail card" for the Bush clique with respect to 911. That's another reason why I said (at the Bush forum) that although the bomb was put in Spain the target was the US. As an aside and a bit of "black humor", it seems someone (other than the CIA, of course) should go into business making "Responsibility Tapes" complete with authentic pictures of bin Laden, Saddam Hussein and all the other bad guys. Then any time anyone wants to a bit of a mass murder or blow up a police-station or other similar act all he needs to "get out of jail free" is drop one of these tapes in a nearby dustbin and --- voila --- out and free and Uncle Sam is on your side. > That DoJ "document" strikes me as being about as phony as the Osama Bin Laden impersonator claiming responsibility for 9/11 on a CNN video But isn't all of it phony?! Including bin Laden, Al Qaeda the lot. Thank you for the Latin phrases. Yes, I do like to "spice up" my writing now and then. In fact, if you have some French, Italian and Yiddish ones that would be good too. Each language has certain words or phrases which are unique and untranslatable eg chutzpah.
