Ayn Rand hits it squarely on the head with that ..."We the Living ". She wasn't kidding around was she ? How do we really invent a "True Word " for "Life"... that everyone understands deeply enough to not have any misunderstandings what they mean by that term ...if they are really "alive"! That's the most significant thing to me about Christianity , are those few passages that intimate the call to awaken ... to really participate in the higher mystery that life is ....to be a dynamic uplifted soul and rise from the dead ! But one does have to thank heaven for the Rennaisance ...it was getting pretty maudlin there for awhile <g> (and an age or two of reason also seemed just what the doctor ordered as well.) ;)
