Hi Pezz, Today's Report: I had a moment of hesitation about what I am doing. I preferred last year, when I felt like a genius, along with everybody else.

Nothing much to do while waiting for a sign, any sign.

In the meantime, I am guessing that my Peabody Coal March Put strike 40 Message 19590980 <<December 12th, 2003>> shorted at USD 2.60/shr will expire worthless in a few days.

Chugs, Jay

Hello Pezz, Tonight's Report:
I bought a bundle of Pan American Silver at average price of USD 17.43/shr

I shorted
- a bundle of PAAS Oct Call strike 17.5 at USD 3.2/shr
- a bundle of PAAS Oct Put strike 17.5 at USD 3.2/shr

I figured I should make 37% on the deal ;0)

Chugs, Jay

Hello Pezz, Today's Report: My Peabody Coal March Put strike 40 Message 19590980 <<December 12th, 2003>> shorted at USD 2.60/shr did expire worthless on my opposite number.

I am embarrassed to mention but will anyway, I purchased back 50% of my paper gold position. I am still way heavy the USD. The longer I am overweight the USD, the less comfortable I am, although I am unwilling to wade back into Euro or Yen, and cannot see myself loading up on minor European country (CHF, DDK, NOK, SEK) currencies.
