That's another Kerry lie. He's covering up his lies with more lies.

Here is a foreign leader Kerry can safely name now. Let's see what this Spain Socialist says if it is confirmed that Al Qaeda had a hand in the train bombings. He will probably whine to GWB for help to root out the terrorists. <g>
