that was part of his campaign promise when he ran was he would with draw troops from Iraq.

Now some analysts question if this will happen. he can leave troops there if United nations moves to send peace keepers to Iraq. Under these circumstance the new pm would have kept his campaign promise and the troops would just change helmet colors.

Of more concern to me .. Will Spain become a haven for Al Q. now?

Spain has become the new France.


Don't count on it. The former governing party had a very substantial vote.

There's a general drift in Europe to the right. It's not very fast, but it's there.
