Years ago I didn't mind bridges, even liked going over them. Not anymore, I tend to lock up. Once I reach the top I'm fine and the trip down is ok. Flat bridges are ok too.

Three years ago we spent a week in Florida and went over so many bridges that even high curving bridges were ok.

It's just doing it often enough to get used to it. The other day I was on a 4 lane highway and had trouble going over 45 mph. I got off and took the back roads. Then I realized I hadn't driven over 35 mph in a year.
