Perhaps they were going to vote that way anyway. What are you an expert on Spanish politics? I think you're reading into the situation a bit too much. Just how did they "surrender to the terrorists" by voting the ruling coalition out of office? Perhaps it was just time for a change over there. Perhaps the economy wasn't doing so well. Like we'd even be talking about the Spanish election if the terrorist attacks didn't happen. So, if we vote anyone out office, we're surrendering to terrorits? That logic is rediculous.
