Al Re...We "liberals" have suffered this blame game in spades during 8 years of Clinton administration.

Bill caused a lot of his problems himself. Whitewater was a sham, set up to fleece people. While Bill may or may not have helped carry out the sham, he did invest in it, and knew about it, and didn't pull out his money, and as gov, should have reported it to the proper agencies, at the minimum. Same with Paula, he could have settled that issue out of court, for peanuts; instead he chose to lie in court, and fight it, just as Martha is accused of doing. Bill's lies were worse, because they were done under oath, in court, whereas Martha, wasn't in court, under oath. Same with Rich. He didn't have to take those contributions, or bribes, whatever, and try to give Rich a pardon. But he did. Bill could have gone down in the history books as a great president, but he screwed it up with his pecadillos. Part of the blame, for his trouble, rest on his shoulders.

During this time, the well being of the nation was subjugated to worst form of right wing vindictiveness against a sitting president who arguably delivered prosperity, relative peace and budget surpluses.

And you think America will be a better place, if you get revenge, just as they do in the middle east. Just when do you intend to stop this hate, and revenge campaign, before or after America is destroyed.

Glad to see that you've preceded that myth with the word "arguably," or else I might have thought you actually believed it.
