MSHA has actually increased significantly their inspections and communications to mining companies during the past two years.

<i.Why do you think they underfund government watchdog agencies that look out for interests of the working class, like OSHA, EPA, Mine Safety Admin, etc. Because they stand in the way of corporate profits.

Watch out, there is a boogyman near you...but you don't have a clue what or who it is. I do have every reason to know that Bush operates with good motives and intentions that will benefit the little guy in America (even if he errors in that, IMO, from time to time).
