One minor note on Buffet, it seems to me that he finds more companies attractive (that is, in trouble/drowning, ready to be "saved") when interest rates are higher and it's not so easy for the struggling company to finance their debt. IMO, it makes sense for him to say that there are not a lot of "deals" out there right now for an investor like WEB. Too much easy money out there. With his deep pockets, he only wants to buy when the skies are the darkest.
