Al Qaida recruitment is way up under Bush. That's a fact.
Under Bush terrorism has gone way up despite spending huge amonts of money in Iraq. Bush has also turned Iraq into a big target-rich terrorist site.

What we need is a moderate leader who can work with the international community.
