Okay! You've targeted the 1 area expressed in the US Constitution as being the responsibility of the Federal government which comprises 18% of Federal outlays.

So, by just how much will you cut, (I won't even ask where) and is there anything else amongst the remaining 82%, nonexpressed outlays you'd cut?

How far below historical levels do you want to cut defense. We don't want to cut our own throats, there are others who are more than willing to do it for us.

Defense spending is historically low at present as a percent of total govt. spending and as a percent of GDP.

How about eliminating HUD, Agriculture, Commerce and Education. I see Defense in the Constitution but not these others.
