Well, that's ok. Bush hasn't even discovered it...let alone invented it...unless of course you had it to start with. Then bush made it better for you. For those of you seeking it, tough titty folks...if Kerry wins, you can blame him for his predecessor's mistakes...wasn't that your point in the preceding posts?

And "presiding over a period of relative peace" is not a very defining moment of any presidency. For example, we know who was president during the Great Depression and WWII, but do we remember or even care who was president during the roaring 20's?

More meaningful than the paragraph above. Clinton managed to have peace, prosperity and surpluses at once...and you were probably quibbling while you padded your purse.
