I believed Bill Clinton:
"We want to seriously diminish the threat posed by Iraq's weapons of mass destruction program."

As opposed to Bush and Reagan, who nurtured that program.

Clinton did a good job destroying Saddam's WMD program, and I'm glad you give him credit. Most knee-jerk Republicans can't bring themselves to do that.
