America suffered its worst attack ever at home with Bush as President, not Clinton, not Gore. Spain was attacked with the conservatives in power, not the Socialists. France and Germany have not been attacked. Spain threw out their government because they were incompetent, they followed the US on a wild goose chase through Iraq while leaving Spain vulnerable to the real enemy: Al Qaeda. <<Testing the metal of the man. Bush checked the box saying he didn't want to go to Vietnam. Kerry went and fought bravely. Kerry has had his mettle tested in the face of fire. Bush went underground in Nebraska on 9-11. I have to assume that all this fantasy and delusion among his supporters is a sign that the President is in real trouble. Steve Dietrich
