Real estate agents are earning far less now than they were a few years ago. Even though prices are higher, the number of sales are lower.

Some of the best earning years for real estate agents occur as price declines pick up speed on the down-side of the slope and the number of sales pick up again.

Markets are controlled by human emotions. Brokers can only wish they controlled the market.

How would Realtors ever be able to control prices? They do not possess this power.

Nor do they control demographics, economic conditions, immigration or any of the other factors which govern housing demand or supply.
