Yes, but Israel has few resources of its own, in fact I cant even think of one besides the hard working people. As such it MUST depend upon the outside world for its very survival. There is far more to a country then a military. Then too of course, IF Israel EVER gets pushed into a nuclear war we ALL are done for as we ALL depend upon those damn oil fields. Better we carry on the status quo then risk such an exchange, hopefully ALL world leaders realize that. jdn
