Ted, That's not who Kerry is talking about........its the Germanys and Frances, not Fidel.

Of course he meant the Germanys and the Frances. Can he come out and say that? No. Can he defend himself from accusations that America's enemies are supporting his campaign? No.

Bottom line is that it's a gaffe, no more and no less. This isn't the first gaffe from Kerry, and it won't be his last.
