Say if you were B+ you may get to live on death row 3 years but if a bunch of foreigners were AB- and needed transplants and had come to China because the organs weren't available in there home country You might get lunch before you got the bullet.

BTW, as far as the death penalty I think more money should be available to the poor in capital cases for lawyers to do DNA testing and lawyers who don't fall asleep during the trials. Then a shorter appeals time.
