"So a leader should assume 90% of the people are stupid?" A) The 90% number is unverified. Maybe it is true, but it is just a number posted by one of the haters at this point. B) Yes. If they think that leaving Saddam in power while ignoring the international community is what is right. Terrorism has to be stopped imo. If the poster's numbers are right, 90% of Spain thinks that it is ok to have the terrorists set their policies. Ok with them, but it will come back to bite them is my bet. Terrorists love weakness.
