There is a difference between having nukes, and being able to use them.

Hold on there...iraq was said to be a danger to provide alqueda nukes...remember the rice and cheney assertions that we couldn't wait to see mushroom clouds over our cities? were they bs-ing us? Yes they were, weren't they? you are making up spy novels again aren't you?... LOL
