OK, you win. Some people haven't decided and some will change their minds, though I fear the vote of anyone who will decide based on this crap. We have such a clear philosophical distinction this year. It's hard to imagine anyone deciding based on the gaffe quotient. Of course, since the whole thing is decided by only three people in Florida or New Mexico or wherever they are...

I'm already so, so sick of this. I think I need to get off the thread and turn off the TV until after the election.

With the possible exceptions of in Chicago and Florida, no one's vote in March has ever counted.

Unfortunately, as this last week seems to prove, we live in such "interesting" times that one external event can trigger the difference between winner or loser. I would like to see a real poll concerning who is planning to vote this time who hasn't done it in awhile. And I would hope that there would be no sudden "blips" in that number.

I was once hoping that the election of 2000 would serve as some sort of civics lesson on how each and (most) every vote was valued, but, to-date, turnouts have not been reflecting this.
